01 · Video
Product introduction
02 · Background
Intelligent automation has transformed many industries, but pigeon rearing still relies heavily on traditional methods.
03 · Challenge
Traditional loft management is labor-heavy, hard to monitor continuously, and leaves breeders with fragmented information.
04 · Approach
Build an intelligent pigeon breeding system that combines sensors, automation equipment and algorithms around real loft workflows.
- Smart loft monitoring
- Automated routines
- Breeding management support
05 · What I built
Integrated sensing and automation into loft operations, and designed a product narrative that connects hardware with day-to-day breeding decisions.
06 · What happened
A competition project that showed how intelligent systems can make animal husbandry more efficient and observable.
07 · Reflection
Technology only matters when it reduces the real burden of people who work inside the loft every day.
